This course has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for a maximum of 12 European CME credits (ECMEC®s):
1st day max of 8 CME credits
2nd day max of 4 CME credits
Please note that your participation will be monitored and tracked during the e-course as per request by the EACCME and each medical specialist should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. 
If you wish to receive CME certificate after the course, please remember also to fill in the evaluation form as well as inform EPOS about a wish to have one.
